Our metrology and metallurgical laboratory, supported by NABL-accredited external labs, ensures dimensional accuracy, metallurgical integrity, and compliance with global standards and Indian Defence standards. Dimensional inspection is carried out using CMM and gauges to validate precise geometry, bourrelet diameters, and wall thickness. Metallurgical testing includes mechanical testing, hardness checks, microstructure analysis, and spectrometry to confirm alloy composition. Non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection, hydrotesting for integrity validation, and surface and coating inspections for corrosion resistance are integral to our processes. Every batch is traceable, with quality records maintained for all shipments.

In-house and third-party inspections, lot traceability covering material, dimensional, mechanical, and coating properties, and independent NABL validation ensure reliability.
